1. Property assignment
The delivered software remains the property of the creator (S. Ehrentraut (Made by NeoX)). It is provided under a free license and may be used free of charge for both commercial and private purposes.
2. Privacy Policy
This software does not gather any kind of personal information nor does it transfer, store or analyze data in any form, other than what is necessary for the functionality of this software.
3. Applicable Law
All legal transactions or other legal relations with the creators of this software shall be subject to the law of Germany. The CISG (CISG) and any other international conventions, even after being written into German law, shall not apply.
4. Damage Waiver
By confirming these terms and conditions the user acknowledges that the creators of this software are not liable for any damages or injuries directly or indirectly resulting from the usage of this software.
5. Modification of Terms and Conditions
We (the creators of this software) are entitled to these terms and conditions - provided they are introduced into the contractual relationship with the user – and reserve the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions to the extent necessary to remedy subsequently arising equivalence imbalances or to adapt to a changing legal or technical environment. We will inform the user with a notification of the content of the amended regulations relating to the changes made. The changes shall become part of the contract if the customer after receiving the notice of change to the inclusion in the contractual relationship does not object within six weeks whether in writing or text form.
6. Severability
Should individual provisions of the contract including these regulations be completely or partially invalid or should the contract have an unforeseen gap, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions remains intact. Instead of the ineffective or missing regulations the respective legal regulations apply.
